The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing appointment scheduling, client interaction, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all clients.

It is essential to prioritize client happiness and ensure their needs are met throughout their journey from appointment booking to treatment completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage appointment scheduling and coordination through software to ensure efficient and organized treatment planning.

2. Promptly confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their pre-treatment needs and expectations are met.

3. Maintain accurate records of all appointments and treatment processes to track the client’s journey.

4. Ensure client happiness at every stage of their visit, from appointment booking to treatment completion and client exit.

5. Greet clients warmly, provide a pleasant and professional customer service experience, and hand over clients to the operations team for their treatment.

6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience.

7. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and facilitate a smooth transition for clients from the front desk to their treatment.
